Returns & Exchanges
At DEFI, we stand by the quality of our fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided in the portal.
Ship the Items
Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
